greenleaf that walli looks nice, but can I give you a tip? The background is a bit dark and that's why it's hard to read the text on the left! But I like the texture on the bg and the picture you've used!

I have specially made so that the attention involved Michael's face... And that the text was read a little difficultly...

These are posters, modeled after those inspirational posters you see in some offices. The quotes are take offs on several from the character Garak from Star Trek DS9. (I'm only posting links because these are kind of large files)
