The first page of Michael's Web site has the actual videos as well. It is on my Web server and it is a standalone player, so if any of you want to download it to you hard drive it should not be difficult. If you are having a hard time. Let me know. I can help you. |

Can someone explain to me what exactly Mobisodes are? They are snippets of lost episodes that fill in the missing piece of the storyline. These are first shown on certain cell phones in the United States and then uploaded to ABC.com |

Or is their function to promote season 4? ...I just dont understand |

They're kind of like deleted scenes after the fact. They were made to promote Season 4 and shot as mobisodes, none of them were filmed during the making of previous episodes. But they can easily be seen as being like deleted scenes, only shot well after the episodes were completed.
For instance, the Jack/Ben bit could easily fit in as a deleted scene from Man from Tallahasee when you think about it, the Jack/Juliet one could be one from the Brig, the Michael/Juliet one can fit into Three Minutes, and the one where Hurley talks to someone before his date with Libby as something cut out of Two for the Road- only it wasn't.
