I really am confused as to why ABC released this photo, since it did turn out to be such a big plot twist in the episode. Why release that big of a detail so soon and lessen the surprise? Perhaps they thought not many people would see the photos and analyze them enough to give that twist away.....which means they have no idea who Lost fans are. |

I really am confused as to why ABC released this photo, since it did turn out to be such a big plot twist in the episode. Why release that big of a detail so soon and lessen the surprise? Perhaps they thought not many people would see the photos and analyze them enough to give that twist away.....which means they have no idea who Lost fans are. Maybe there's even bigger details they haven't revealed. That's my guess. I can't imagine that it's that shocking that Ben, if he was brought into Dharma as a child, has some interconnections and counterconnections with Dharma and that he's ticked them off with the purge. But my guess, it's not the purge that got them all in knots. I think Ben has something even bigger than that, which is prolly why he got behind the purge, which prolly caused the purge. If Dharma wants Ben, then it's going to REALLY want Alpert and Jacob, I would think. To me the biggest reveals are who is behind Dharma and who or what is behind the Island. And frankly, I hope that is never revealed because then the show loses its mystery and becomes ordinary. EDIT: I removed the spoiler tag. It was not needed. You both are just conjecturing. |

I either read or watched and interview with Michael recently where he saw that he believed that the island, as a whole, was only one piece of a much bigger puzzle in this conflict. That really got me thinking. This whole time I have thought that it was all about the island, that the island was the key. But after hearing that, I'm starting to think I was wrong. And after seeing a picture of Ben supposedly in the real world last night I'm thinking Michael is right! That on top of the skeleton found in the sand. This must be some global conspiracy. |
