Ok, I'll try to explain how I did it. Changing eye color on Photoshop: -When you have your picture selected right click on the paintbush and choose the " Color Replacement Tool" -Make sure the color you want is selected. -Blow up the picture(Crtl+) until you can easily see the eyes. -Then just click on the original eye color until your new color is covering most of the eyes. -Select the " Blur Tool" and blur your new color together. Now, I'm sure that isn't the professional way to do it, but I could never figure out the right way, so this works for me! Also, this worked well for icons which are smaller and show less detail so if you use a bigger picture you'll have to be more careful. Everyone finds their own way - I do something different but in the end it's the same effect, and yours is probably more straight forward!

Well, now you've done it, Melissa and Edith. Giving people ideas. Here's my rough first try: Just for the record, the treated image is at left. I kind of like Ben with hazel eyes. He looks quite unthreatening.

Those of you who have read "Dune" or have seen the movie and/or TV series will appreciate this one: Michael as a member of Dune:

So, actually, this one is more akin to the Dune movie's eyes:
