He is wearing that checkered waistcoat that he wore when he was at HIF.
However, in your picture, he looks awfully young. He wore that waistcoat when he was doing the Oscar Wilde play. But there he was younger, as you can see here:
I am assuming that this picture was taken sometime in btw those two events.
