www.blender.com/guide/articles.aspx?ID=2091Yuk. All the stuff my ex-boyfriends like. Yeesh. Talk about being attracted to a type! It figures he'd like the blues. And what's with hating Elton John's "Bennie and the Jets" ? How is that possible? Ya know, there's two kinds of people in the world, Michael!! sigh I hope y'all enjoy this article better than I did. pouts

He sounds so... cultured. Ha. Makes me wish I knew more classical music, etc. Amidala, at least he's unashamed about it!

I hate that song too. It's so annoyingly repetitive. Sorry, but that's how I feel. I do like some of his other songs though.

I very much enjoyed reading that <3 Thanks for posting it!
Sorry your old boyfriends were turds. See, what probably happened was, they didn't actually like the music they listened to...they were just trying to imitate someone better than them. Like Michael.

O.k., o.k. - I knew this song (and I like it) but not the name... reminds me of "The lion sleeps tonight" (which my children really love - in the german version ). Groovy, thanks amidala.

This song just wants me to get out the hawaiian shirts and pina colada's! I do have to say that the first time I played it, I was at work and I burst out laughing. ;D I've heard it before but it just made me laugh. Apparently some said my face was read from laughing. Don't know why I laughed so hard. Just one of those things. It reminds me of the Harry Nilsson song "coconut". Let's all go out for a luau!!! ;D ;D ;D Follow me!!!! Oh and here's a video for Harry Nilsson's song. Just block out the gorilla outfits! www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzWlcbOay5I

katm0855: I just LOVE Harry Nilsson's Coconut! i've been obsessing over that song for some time now. Anyway, I was surprised to read that Michael likes Radiohead - I'm a big fan of Radiohead, (their music always keep suprising me too) and then he mentioned the Goldberg Variations played by Glenn Gould - (and I who always thought Ben Linus reminded me of Hannibal Lecter... )

Radiohead - Creep is an awesome song! It's one of those songs that you listen to when you want to shut out the world.
The same goes with Live - Lightening Crashes and Bush - Glycerine.

Hmmmm! Not much musically in common with Michael I'm afraid - maybe he just forgot to mention all the good stuff?! I do like some classical music though. And he did mention punk - I was a punk when I was young and still listen to quite a lot of that kind of stuff. I'm more of an Indie/ Rock chick now - but I've never been able to get into Radiohead. His brother Patrick has pretty good taste in music though.
