PTWAAH! why he never blinks!! Duh, just thought of something. I bet it seems that he doesn't blink BECAUSE he wears contact lenses and therefore he blinks less often. I bet the lenses keeps your eyes moist longer. Don't think that's true for hard lenses, certainly isn't for me, but soft lenses might retain moisture longer and be easier on your eyes.
