Yesterday I watched the second episode of LOSTs 3rd season. I think I got a bit used to his German voice and I noticed that he doesn't seem so creppy like he originally is. Not even a little bit! >_< But I know that this voice is better than the voices he had in "Without a Trace", "The Legend of Zorro" or "Law and Order". Believe me.

Yeah right! It was weird, but his voice sounds suddenly pretty "ok".
In the first ep. it was sooo strange... but now, ok.

Hi dear lemoni,
the TV broadcasts in Germany would never change their system, in one episode you get this voice, in the next the actor has other arrangements, and you have a new and strange voice to hear.
The contracts, the administrations and the red tapes order everyday life of the GERMAN CULTURE, so I will order my original voice of Michael in a very expensive way, but`s ok. If needs must.He`s worth the trouble, right?

Yesterday I watched the second episode of LOSTs 3rd season...But I know that this voice is better than the voices he had in "Without a Trace", "The Legend of Zorro" or "Law and Order". Believe me. I liked hearing the German voice, but of course Michael's voice is better.  After seeing his other roles, I'm amazed by his acting on "Lost;" I don't know whether this is because he's improved, but the way he pronounces his dialogue seems poetic to me and makes his character more exciting. |

Listening to Michael without his own voice is equivalent to being cheated. His voice and inflections are part of his art. I feel for you who have dubbed versions of LOST. I totally agree. *nods* I can't stand his dubber's voice. Michael's voice is so expressive and he uses so many tones to enrich his performance, while listening to the plain voice of an Italian dubber *argh* that's painful to me.  I think Season 3 is gonna start in about a month here. I'll have fun watching our boy on the screen at least. ;D I totally agree with you! Let's make a petition to change Michael's italian dubber, I just can't stand him. Hearing his voice on Michael's is an insult... |

Wasn't Phil Collins singing that one song from Disney's Tarzan in all languages? I think Michael has to speak his roles he had in all different movies/series in all languages himself!  What about that? |

Hi,
Phil did a great job on "Tarzan", but we all know(on one hand) Michael hasn`t the time to do that,(on the other hand) Phil have had his connections with his German public, but not Michael, so we don`t have to expected such a pleasure......of course he would do it, if he would have( had to) be ask in a professional way....but these are dreams, girls!!!!

Hmm, I personally have no problem with his dubbed voice, though of course I prefer his own voice TIMES A MILLION because it's part of his acting. I think his "German" voice is alright, especially if we compare other voices (aaand they changed Locke's voice mid Season 3, now he sounds like Captain Picard and I expect a starship to appear everytime he talks  ) |
