Almost strange to see a non spikey haired Michael after these last few years. All it takes is that and the glasses to make him look so different[I'll bet an outsider wouldn't guess right away from looking at those pictures that he also plays Ben]

He looks nerdy. In NYC, he would have been known as a schlameel (a nebbish). Or even a schalmazal or a yutz. Either way, he is best described as a person regarded as weak-willed or timid.
