I decided to make a seperate thread for Spoilers and speculation of the spoilers The other thread on Lost season 3 can be where general information on the upsoming season can be posted, just in case some people don't want to be spoiled. Here's a batch from Kristin's Chat (someone else was subbing for Kirstin): We need some Lost scoop...I promise I won't tell Kristin if you share!Okay, I'm sure I'm reeeaaallly probably not supposed to do this, but I just had to look through Kristin's email for something, and I saw this email from Damon Lindelof: "Yes--Kate will be making a choice in the first sex episodes. Wait--did I say 'sex' episodes? I meant six episodes. Damn you, Freud!" So, it looks like she for sure chooses between Jack and Sawyer in the first six. Ack! Any bets on who it will be? I don't know why, but I'm thinking Sawyer Kristin said you'd tell us if Jack, Kate and Sawyer are together or separated when the season begins. What's that Offspring song? Oh yeah...You gotta keep 'em separated. Where are the three of them?Kristin gave me one clue on each. See if you can figure this shizniz out, 'cause it's driving me insane! "Jack is inside something you'd find in a science class. Kate is on something we've seen before. And Sawyer is surrounded by something through which he shares a connection with Jack's father." More Lost.I'm sure you all know that ep two is a Claire flashback. Is Hurley okay?Yup! www.eonline.com/Gossip/Kristin/Trans/Archive2006/060814d.htmlOk let the speculation begin! I think Kate is on the drugs the others gave Claire, Jack is inside a laboratory, and I like a poster's theory on The Fuselage that Sawyer is behind bars.

Some other good stuff in this article, but here's the main thing I've never heard before: "...We'll also - eventually - see Michael (Harold Perrineau) and Walt (Malcolm David Kelley) again, he [Carlton Cuse] said. "We were interested in exploring what price you would pay to get your son back. The price that Michael paid was so extreme, it didn't seem possible that he could remain a part of this society after what he had done," Cuse said, noting that banishment goes back to the Greeks. "He's been banished from the island, and that to us represented sort of the necessary consequence of his action. It doesn't mean his story is over," he said. www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews/entertainment/television/15270096.htmMy guess is that we won't see Michael & Walt again for at least half the season (we almost expect that from them now, don't we? ;D ), while the writers get us situated with the outside world via Penny. That done, I think we'll then see them again and find out what happened, where they ended up, etc. I further predict that they'll then have communication of some sort with Penny - not knowing who she is, of course. I'll miss Walt... he was a good actor, and at such a young age! (I actually think he humbles some of his adult costars ) It's fun to watch. Hopefully his Lost cred will launch him into more good roles.

Yippee!! Finally, some news on the Michael Emerson front: “Cast members of the multiple Emmy winning series reunited at the Ola Restaurant at Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu to celebrate the second season's arrival to DVD. Attendees included Evangeline Lilly, Jorge Garcia, Josh Holloway, Terry O'Quinn, Daniel Dae Kim, Yunjin Kim, Michael Emerson and Executive Producers Bryan Burk and Carlton Cuse. ...” www.flickdirect.com/news/movie-news-detail.aspx?id=131Michael's quote: “Michael Emerson, who plays the leader of "The Others" group, noted, "What I know is that we get to go live with The Others, where they learn a little more about their life and, hopefully, their mission, their agenda, whatever that might be. Maybe we'll get to warm up to them." www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews/entertainment/gossip/15288156.htmHere’s the most spoiler-y stuff: “The producers "want the first six (episodes) to set up something really big to keep people hanging," said Terry O'Quinn, who plays John Locke on the hit ABC show. … O'Quinn said the expectations that grew out of the show's breakthrough first season may have given way to something new following the dark, twisting paths the show's plot followed last year. "The expectations are very different," O'Quinn said. "I get the feeling that people want to change gears, to ramp (the show) back up a little bit." …"We saw a statue with four toes on it, so there's a lot to discuss," Kim said, hinting at the upcoming plot. www.honoluluadvertiser.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060816/LIFE/608160346/1001/NEWSI tried to find some pics of Michael, but it seemed like the only person the photographers were REALLY interested in was Evangeline Lilly. (grin, ) He and Terry (both picture-less) seem the least sought-after personally by the press and fans - which to me just makes 'em cooler.

From the S2 DVD release party: "Then it was time to bow to the great Michael Emerson. "Lost" fans know him as "Henry Gale."After I gave him much-needed props he gave me some nuggets from the first episode premiering October 4th. We'll meet brand new residents of the Island. (I'll reveal more on the new cast soon). Michael urges fans not to expect the expected from his kooky gang of dirty faces and ragged clothes. Heck he even hinted that they may even wear shoes back at home! Hmmmm... They are apparently nothing what we think they are! Maybe their attire is like the beard Mr. Friendly wears. A costume!" Also: "He [Jorge Garcia] had just started shooting the first episode of the season, but as you can imagine, was tight lipped about what would happen other than Hurley would be informing the "Losties" back home about "the others" holding Doc Jack, Kate, and Sawyer captive." "...Yunjin talked about the show's surprising Emmy snub. But I found out she has a great episode coming up where her back-story reveals Sun was once a bad girl -- Maybe her Emmy is just around the corner!" www.accesshollywood.com/news/ah1321.shtml#Sun as a 'bad girl'? That's really hard to imagine. I hope they can make it believeable...

According to Michael's imdb page, after appearing in the S3 premiere "A Tale of 2 Cities," his next episode on Oct. 11th is titled "Further Instructions": "The flashbacks of this episode focus on Claire and her parents."

TWoP, yet again, is pretty much the one-stop for this stuff. Evangeline Lilly on the red carpet (video 2): "I've worked now for four days, and did my first scene with Henry Gale, and that was so much fun. I also had my first scene with Sawyer, which was also wonderful..." She says that's pretty much all she can spill, Kate having a scene with Henry and one with Sawyer. et.tv.yahoo.com/tv/15454/

Again, this is me just mooching off other sites... I haven't been following the"Lost Spoilers" blog at all, so there's a number of things that are new to me: "From The Tail Section... Think you've seen some "lord of the flies" action? Think again! Get ready for politics-on-the-beach when the clique returns Jack-less and limping to confront a populace ready for regime change, and an aggressive new leader with a dangerous motivation. Source: The TailSection" TWoP's supposedly super-reliable 'segretagentman' is at it again: "Episode 4 details released Straight from the spoiler king himself.... Eps 304 is called " Every Man For Himself". Its is Desmond-centric with flashbacks to his time in prison. It features Warden Harris, a nasty man with a hate on for Desmond. 304 also has 'Munson', a mild-mannered gov't bureaucrat in his 30's who shows his dark side when he finds out he has been betrayed by his wife. No, I do not who his wife is or who he is connectd to. Source: Secretagentman" " Shannon back! "...The producers have been deluged with calls and emails from irate viewers after Rutherford joined the lengthy body count in the second series, which is halfway through its run. But nothing in Lost is quite what it seems - the show is told through a series of flashbacks, and she is due to make her next appearance in a scene about another character's past." Source: Station Zero" "Alex and the Others Carlton Cuse reveals: I will say that the next season is a lot about the Others. There's a lot of mysteries about the Others that we'll be getting into next year. We will see more of Alex next season. Source: E! Online" spoilerslost.blogspot.com/"It will be revealed that Jack has met one of "The Others" back in the real world; this will relate to why he is the only one they are able to cooperate with, although he will be extremely wary in the beginning." www.thetailsection.com/
