Well I can write what is going on with Claire/Kate since she's all... having her baby at the same time Boone is dying. XD I was thinking of introducing my character through that end of things.

Yay, thanks tigerlily! I guess I'll put in the character bio here then.
Name: Aisah (no surname given)
Home Country: Malaysia
Aisah's cover story: Aisah along with several other women were smuggled on a trade ship across the Pacific. Aisah was brought above deck for undisclosed reasons, when suddenly the ship hit a freak electrical storm. It lost all power and took on water. In the confusion Aisah escaped the ship on a small lifeboat. After the storm passed, the ship wasn't anywhere in sight. Aisah drifted for two days before washing up on the island.
Real story: Aisah is under the employment of Thomas Mittelwerk. She was taken as a child along with many others as part of the Hanso project, Educational Outreach Imperative. Currently, she is sent to the island to assess the possibility of salvaging the DHARMA initiative and see the extent of control the hostiles currently have over the island. One of her tasks is to create a roster of all the inhabitants. It is unknown how she arrived on the island, and she might not be alone...
Other stuff: See seems to have extensive knowledge of the DHARMA stations and the geography of the island in general, though she does not tell the survivors anything about the hatches they find. Her speech and attitude reveal that she may be very well educated.

Just write it how you like, if someone doesn't like how it goes, they'll mention it and then it can be easily edited, otherwise, write what you want your character to say, and make the other characters reply with how you think they would, for example, all my character is interested in finding the Others, so she will probably ignore most characters but yours because she thinks you are a strong possibility in finding them, seeing as some of the losties think your character is an Other.
Or if it is another character, like Sawyer, then you'd probably get told to get lost and given a nickname, unlike Hurley, who would be really friendly and poliet.

No worries! We're pretty good about speaking up here when we don't like the direction a post has taken, and like Zoe said it's so easy to revise a post. I really don't mind anyone putting words in Jo's mouth. |
