Namaste! Oh dear. I just realized that several several years ago I named my big blue van Hugo. what library were you at? Must go there! You don't just check out books at your library...LOL. egad its true. Though not the eyecandy, today an old man with a giant white beard who looks like Leonardi Di Vinci is working on mathematical/engineering diagrams at the table in front of me. I really don't understand how this stuff keeps happening.

the other day, i had my alarm set for 7:00....and it didn't go off (set it for pm instead of am, whoops!). i did however, wake up at exactly 8:15...with just enough time to throw on clothes, brush my teeth, and speed frantically to class. the numbers aren't always unlucky, i guess.

actually, now that i think about it, yes. lol. thursdays are my 10 hour class days, so they're never too fun, but that one was particularly bad. lol. in my haste to get out of the house as soon as possible, i threw on a hoodie that i had spilled coffee on a few days before, and didn't realize it til i got to class...and that was only the beginning ;D...

First Obama was seen with a solar power company called Namaste Solar when he signed the stimulus. Now, he's named a man named Gary Locke as his new Commerce secretary. He's a Chinese-American governor of Washington state, not a bald man who experienced the ultimate commerce trip by turning the frozen donkey wheel.

I live in Washington. I hear about the Gov on the news all the time and everytime they say "Locke" my ears perk. Washington's pride is swelling like a mosquito bite. It's awesome.

I live in the Washington, DC area as well. I live in Maryland and work in DC. How about you?

In other news, I went to a dinner party with some old friends last night, and I'm pretty sure I sat next to Damon Lindelof!!
