I see Charlie and Claire, but is the woman in the DHARMA coat supposed to be a specific character, or just a generic DHARMA employee?

I deleted my photo, dressed up as Henriette Gale, lately... *lol*
In another fan board there was a guy who had also dressed up as a Dharma guy. He had also Ben's gas mask.
