LOL GUYS!!!! don't get too excited. if you did read the auction on ebay. it did say it wasn't the actual teddy he was holding. so no point in sniffing LOL not that i can sniff ne ways lol

I can't say that I see much resemblance  but it also looks like it's part of the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign, and that's good. |

I thought it was the same one!  It seems to me they forged his signature, too, because the color's different, a brighter, light, green, done with a colored marker, while Michael's signature on the other bear looks darker and thin, as though signed with a pen. It seems people are making and selling copies on Ebay. ...Sounds like counterfeiting to me. |

For the record, I don't think that there is any forgery in this case. The woman was upfront that the bear in the picture is not the same bear. Furthermore, this auction was for a good cause: Breast cancer research. Finally, I am quite sure that what she did was have one bear made, have a celebrity sign his or her name on the tag, attach the tag on the bear, and then take a photos of the celebrities with the bear and the newly signed tag. Once she knew how many celebrities cooperated, she had those bears made. Hence, the bear is not the original, but the tags is. Moreover, it actually makes a lot of sense to have one bear and lots of tags in her possession. From what I read in her blog, she goes to where she can find a lot of celebrities. Hence, she would have to carry a huge bag if she were to take all the bears with her. And frankly, she may not be able to sneak in the places with that many bears. I thought she may have given him the bear and thats why it's a different bear, after all, the guy isn't gonna want a copy of his own signature is he?
