Saw this in the morning. Have yet to give it a good listen, though. What's everyone's opinion on his taste?

I like it! Amy Correia is great and others i heard once in a while. I remember him mentioning Radiohead and Portishead in some article - love 'em too. Trip-hop is not for everyone but it's so peaceful =)
As a melomaniac i love every kind of music and his style is kinda generous.

OK, everything looked pretty high-brow or eclectic until you get to … Paul Revere and the Raiders?? Huh?

I didn't know that Michael had a playlist. I will be checking these out: Thank God for the library! From his other recommendations, I've listened to Louis Armstrong, Portishead, Radiohead, Nick Drake and Captain Beefheart; I like 'What a Wonderful World' and a few of Nick Drake's songs, but Radiohead is my new favorite group. I don't know what trip hop is. I generally like soft rock, acoustic guitar music, etc., music that is slow and meaningful to me, although I think I like Dixieland jazz, like the tune in 'The Imposters' because it sounds happy, upbeat and I feel like dancing.

I don't know a lot of Michael's...I'm thinking I might actually buy the whole playlist with my iTunes certificate!! I love hearing new music, and if it's specially chosen by HIM the, well...even better!!
I have to say, Naveen's list really rocks!!!

So far, I like Janis Joplin's, 'Summertime' ... Catchy guitar melody! I like Amy Correia's, 'The Bike;' ;D I rode a men's mountain bike when I was a kid. ETA: I like 'House of the Risin' Sun,' and 'Jockey Full of Bourbon,' too...very soulful music. Michael does have good taste! I really like how Bob Dylan sang, "Oh, tell my baby sister not to do what I have done..." (listens to 'Wild Night') OMG! I grew up hearing this song all the time on the radio! I never knew who sang it until now!
