I just watched the features on score and the music composition. It was sweet. I had to admit the music did grab my attention and I really got a much better appreciation for the role of music in a movie and loved the background it provided. Those people are crazy creative. I admire them and envy their talent.

Just watched it. Very enjoyable and funny film! Carrie is a beautiful actress! I loved her I like the plot and the music Michael!.. So sweet and charming.. as always... We used to seeing him as creepy and cunning in Lost, but there he was the direct opposite of him, and I loved it very much! I think, in usual life he is a little bit alike Charlie New loved his role of a tailor what a funny scene when he jumped saying `I`ve got spirit! Yes, i Do! I`ve got spirit! What about you?` and when his friend gay came to visit him with a bunch of flowers)) Michael waved at Carrie so funny I did enjoy the scene with Carrie in dress Nice movie!

;D I thought "Daisy Love" was a real singer, that they'd gotten the license rights to use her songs in their film. When I first heard the song on the clip of Michael's first scene on Youtube, I thought it was a real song: she sang so well and the piano melody was nice.
So, I wanted to hear more of her work and searched for Daisy Love's work on the internet and in my library's catalog...and came up empty. But then I thought, 'She's a "little known caberat singer from the 60's," that's why she's not listed on the internet or in the catalog.' ;D I've just seen the film and found out that there wasn't a singer named "Daisy Love," that they made up all of the songs, themselves.

I saw a copy of "Ready? Ok!" In FYE today, so they must have some sort of wider distribution. It made me very happy when I saw it.

The more I watch this movie the more I love it. When I need something to watch to make me feel OK or to recenter me, this usually does it. It's so gentle and sweet, but not cloying. It just seems to say that with all the disappointments in life, there's still room to feel good and enjoy the good moments that do come around.
And yeah, I think it's too bad there isn't a real Daisy Love. The music is the unsung (pun unintended, maybe) star of this movie.

Does anyone know if it's been released, or will be released, in the UK? I really wasnt to see this film My suggestion is that you do a search with the UK version of Blockbuster for starters. My other suggestion are libraries. Most libraries do all sorts of business with one another. It's how I saw Jumping Off Bridges. Since it's a different code there you need a European copy so it's not like I can send one. But perhaps there are some there. That's what I would do anyway....

OK! again. I was a bit disappointed the first time, perhaps it will grow on me............

This film sounds great and everyone here seems to like it so I'm hopefully gonna download it VERY SOON as there isn't a Region 2 DVD of it anywhere sadly!
