I watched Lost from the very beginning, before Ben/Henry/Fenry/Not Henry/Michael showed up. Is that the case for everyone here- were you Lost fans already before Michael showed up, or did some of you come on board after he did?[if so, the task of catching up to everything pre Michael must have been tough]Also, I wonder how many were already Michael fans before he got on the island, or if they were converted fans after seeing him on the show and then catching up on his other work, like me.

I've been watching it from the beginning too! I love the show and how it seems to keep me at the edge of my seat.

I was supposed to do a podcast entry about my favorite episodes, actors of LOST, and other LOST-related stuff. (I said "supposed to" because the segment never aired, as the podcaster got cold feet and quit.) I have the mp3 available if anybody wants to hear my voice. www.bhrescue.com/esb/ESB.mp3Anyway, I have been watching LOST from the beginning, but I started with the DVD of Season 1 and then TiVo'd season 2 to watch after I caught up with Season 1. My first live show was 23 Psalm. Anyway in my segment of the defunct podcast I do say that the minute I heard "Help me!!" in the episode "One of Them," I fell in love with the actor. He was pure joy, enigmatic, wonderful, and knew how to make an itty-bitty part grand. Having acted in my youth, I appreciate his capabilities of making himself stand out. |

Not I. *hides* I started watching when Michael came on, after somebody (Alyssa, methinks) posted about him having something like a 6 episode contract. If Michael's character had ended after those episodes, I wouldn't have continued watching the show.  At this point, I'd keep watching whether Michael's there or not, though. |

I haven't been watching LOST from the beginning. I saw the pilot, but wasn't really excited about it anymore (although the trailers had been so promising) and just...stopped, a little disappointed  some months later they aired the first season again, as far as I remember, and out of boredom I started watching it again and so.. got caught up in it ;D I bought the 1 season on dvd and started catching up... until now  |

I have been watching LOST from the beginning. But when Henry/Ben has dropped out of a trap.. I began to look with greater interest! I was already a little disappointed... But with the new character- come new secrets ! And here I look till now...  |

I've been watching LOST religiuosly since the beginning, but when Michael came out I really became obsessed with the show and our Angel.. (Loved him since SAW, but not as much as I do now! ;D)
When he was freed from the Hatch I was totally disappointed, but I knew he had to come back --> he's too good!!! And then, when I found out he was the leader, I thought "OMG,I'm soooo happy he's back! I must talk to sombody who shares my obsession!" That's how I ended up *HERE*!!! ;D ;D ;D

like i said before, i loved Michael the first time i saw him as Henry Gale. but, i didn't know that this message board existed! i joined this boad in Nov '06, which was during the hiatus. if i had known about it, i would have joined way earlier!!

It was not my best job. There were to be a number of segments that were going to be interspersed in the podcast. You'll know where each segment begins and ends because the sound is different in each one. This woman (Kim) called me to help her out. She called me on Thursday and told me that she needed it by Friday. So I hardly had any preparation. Got it done, and then she told me on Saturday that she won't be doing the podcast after all. Later on, Kim called me that she wanted to do a Grey's Anatomy and Jericho podcast. Luckily, I didn't prepare because, once again, she bailed out on me and joined someone else for the Grey's Anatomy.I didn't mind, because I really have too much on my plate, anyway. I just didn't like the rudeness. |
