After watching "The Man From Talahassee", I realized that two storylines have been shifted into high gear.
First, I see that the tension between Jack and Locke is definitely bubbling beneath the surface. The tension between the two never really resolved itself. The two haven't seen each other since the second season and guess what happens, the sub that Jack is supposed to go home on blows up because of Locke's vision of the island. Did you see the heated look the two exchanged? This one isn't finishe by a long shot.
Second, I see trouble between Juliet and Kate over Jack. Kate saw Jack and Juliet hanging out while Jack was enjoing himself in the Others community. But I'm sure that Juliet also saw/heard Jack and Kate when they were in a rec room where Kate was being held. I'm wondering how this one will pan out.
What do you guys think?

Also, I posted an article on my site about this and how I think Ben is going to use these two spats for his own purpose. Ben is a master manipulator and I'm sure he can see what's going on between these guys.

yep! i can't wait to see what happens with those two groups, especially Jack and Locke. i've always loved the interaction between them, ever since Man of Science, Man of Faith. Locke has been acting so annoying lately. i don't blame Jack for being so mad at Locke. i can't wait to see what happens between them.
the whole Jack/Kate/Juliet thing is a battle between the Jaters and the Jacketeers. LOL

Me too!
I loved how the writers dubbed the "Man of Science, Man of Faith" title for that one episode. A really great choice in my mind and I think this Faith/Reality conflict is heating up.
As for Juliet and Kate, we all know that Kate is one for the dramatics. I can just imagine her seeing Jack talk to Juliet and the next thing you know, she's going nuts! I can see it now....

Well, from the looks of it, Kate and Juliet are gonna have some major scenes together in the next two weeks after tonight's episode, so that may be boiling up pretty quick. And also, since the Locke/Cooper conflict won't be dealt with head on for several weeks, he'll be staying in the Others camp for a while, probably longer than Jack. I can't see Jack staying in capture once more for that long of a time period, so there may not be that much Jack/Locke conflict at first.

Just for everyone's information. If you watch the DVD version of "Man of Science, Man of Faith" with the comments on, then you know that the episode's title is referring to Jack. Both Carlton and Damon talk about how they name the episode to reflect Jack's scientific way of looking at things, but realizing that he is also a miracle worker and needs to have faith.

God yes, Ben will so totally take advantage of this! I agree with the spat between Locke and Jack, and Kate and Juliet. (But will Juliet even fall for Jack anyway?)
Ben and Kate should be together (LOL).
I forsee this show becoming a major soap opera.
Also, You forgot one important spat........ALEX AND BEN ARE GONNA DUKE IT OUT SOON!!!!
