I was delighted to open my weekly People magazine to discover a mini-feature on our beloved Michael!! I don't have a scanner, unfortunately (there are no new photos anyway), and the feature is not online, but here is a transcript: Monica Rizzo, Interviewer: You've been on Lost for most of its 100 episodes. How has fame affected you? Michael: Does it help you get in places? No. It helps you get photographed buying Pepto Bismol when you haven't showered.Monica: Your costar Josh Holloway has a new baby girl, Java. What kind of a dad will he be? Michael: He's going to be one of the best. He is a really charming and sweet-natured Southern man. He will dote on that little girl. He's mushy enough as it is!Monica: How do you and your wife balance work and marriage? Michael: We do our best to be in the same place at the same time. If I have an episode off, I'll go to Los Angeles, and if she has one off, she'll come wherever I am.Monica: What are your summer plans? Michael: To follow Carrie around. Sounds like Michael's summer will be exactly like last year's, since I remember him saying a lot about following Carrie around last summer too.

I"ll concede some credit to Edith, but only a bit!  I love his line about the Pepto Bismol. My goodness, this man is witty!  |

I imagine he was wearing tossled hair and a t-shirt. Aw, poor Michael. I guess someone photographed him when he wasn't feeling well, when he looked and felt his worst. He doesn't need to worry; We think he always looks nice. Huh. I was surprised that Michael said that. I thought all of the parties and clubs (the Hawaiian newspapers said that he'd been in VIP rooms, meeting local muscians backstage in clubs) that he attends were his special treatment. |
