It's weird, I had a dream last night to do with paedophilia. It's a long story, won't bore you ... but I made friends with a paedophile (who looked like Jacob!) and he said he technically wasn't one, because he only had sexual desires for young girls, but he never acted upon them ... then he got taken to court, and I was a witness, declared our love for each other ... blah blah blah ... he nearly got hung but I saved him and kissed him. By this time, he looked like Sawyer. Odd. Anyways, can't wait to hear more about this movie

I can't see Michael being cast as a grandfather... Perhaps Chris Cooper. But if he were I am sure he would be completely amazing. I have faith in Michael picking great roles. Some of us may not have liked that he played a gay butler but he could not have played it any better. His comedic timing is as perfected as his dramatic skill.
This film says they are in pre-production... I wonder when they will begin shooting and if Michael will film before he goes to Hawaii. Pre-production can mean they will start shooting soon, depends on "how pre" it is. I'm saying this because I believe it said film would be shot in upper NYC if you catch where I'm going with this.... Me in NYC in the next month...? Yea I can see that happening if it meant seeing Michael. Probably be hard to find out info on where and when though.

from what Camilla posted in the other thread. this is in the way early stages, so prolly it'll happen AFTER "lost." That was my understanding, anyway.

Yea i agree but i've worked on a couple indie films and for me pre-production was signing actors, scouting locations and boom we started shooting. But who the heck knows what stage they are at. I'm watching Variety for anything on it. Wish I still worked in the film industry.
"LOVE YOU MICHAEL!"

Nice dream Belle! ;D It says first "Her abusive grandfather" and second "her abusive stepfather". Actually, I hope Michael _is_ the abusive stepfather, that would be amazing role! And do I have to even mention that indie films rocks!

"pedophilic grandfather"..well, can't see him as a pedophilic grandfather...I can't see him as a grandfather at all Not because I don't believe he can't play this part, but because imho he is too young for it (I know that sounds stupid)))) ;D However it would be great if he played an "abusive stepfather", such an interesting part... yep I would definitely like to see him playing this part

Terry O'Quinn already played a serial killer stepfather over 20 years ago, so of course Michael would have to match it.

I read that the film will be set in the 1920's, and the composer specializes in jazz, so I guess the wardrobe and music will be similar to "The Imposters." pedophilic grandfather"..well, can't see him as a pedophilic grandfather...I can't see him as a grandfather at all Not because I don't believe he can't play this part, but because imho he is too young for it (I know that sounds stupid)))) However it would be great if he played an "abusive stepfather", such an interesting part... yep I would definitely like to see him playing this part I thought Michael could pass for the grandfather if he didn't dye his hair and left it gray, the way his hair really is. Oh, no. There'll be an abusive stepfather, too? It's starting to sound like my life. Yeah, I could see Michael playing that. I like this film, already. I hope it's done well. My grandparents were from Poland, involved in World War II and believed in shouting and hitting their kids (because they were stressed out and frustrated with a lot of kids and not a lot of money, I guess) so my mother raised me the same way. My father's father was in the military, too, and, so my mother told me, was raised strict, too.
