The cabin scene is even freakier now after the finale, considering how Ben admitted he was talking to himself, and considering that it probably wasn't Jacob in there after all. And the "Help me" is even creepier if that really was the Man in Black talking to Locke.

I am rewatching season 2 from ep 14. Oddly enough, the first time I saw season 2 (that makes 3 years ago and John Locke used to be my favourite character) I did not find Henry Gale to be that inyeresting. Well acted, yes, steaming hot as I find Ben Linus to be, no.
So I bought the dvds and I'm rewatching and, well, I still like Ben Linus best, even if I know Henry IS Ben.

I totally agree, Henry has grown on me over the years but he will never hold the same level of fascination for me as Season 3 Ben does. or smoking hotness.

Aside from the steaming hot part, that was just about the same reaction I had back then- right down to John Locke being my undisputed favorite back then. It took a few episodes for him to get to me, then it took the first half of S3 for me to become fully devoted to him, then it took me joining this board to become a Michael worshipper as well.

I found a continuity error in 'D.O.C.' last night!! Jin's mother shows Sun her wedding photo in the newspaper, and Sun and Jin are wearing traditional Korean garb. Yet, in "The Incident" we saw them get married in western style gown and suit. I'm sure it can be explained away by two ceremonies or something like that, but I wonder whether this has been detected by the writers and continuity experts.

Well, I'm still dialed into the LostRewatch. This week ended with "One of Them." I think it's interesting that on the blogs, forums and other places where folks are taking part, almost everyone says this is the ep the changed up the game because Henry Gale appeared and he was played by Michael. It's so hard to believe that at one point he was, if briefly, considered an expendable guest player.

It took me about 3 seconds before my jaw dropped. I'll admit the hanging from a tree part didn't get my attention. But it took just a few minutes in the hatch and I was sold on this actor. I always say my jaw dropped because it literally dropped. I hadn't seen acting like that on TV for a long time. Admittedly I don't watch a lot of drama on TV, but that's because the acting is always borderline for me. I'm with the rest of us: Locke was my favorite character until then. And it's not like there aren't others I like as much, but they either had minimal roles or the storyline or performances were up and down. But Michael's performance gave me chills from the first time I saw him in the hatch.

I'd like to add also that I usually watch Italian tv, which is, as you all know, dubbed (I mean tv shows in foreign languages are dubbed). All actors in Lost of courseare dubbed! And this is a big problem, because even if the actor who does the voice over is good, the original acting always looses something. I started noticing Michael's acting brilliance by chance looking some episodes not dubbed on dvds. And he was already Ben Linus. And then he become Ben "that awesome voice that awesome face that hot body" Linus ...cough-chough... ;D

Richard and the Others were probably too busy teaching Ben Latin to get to Italian- although Ben did find some spare time to learn Arabic.
