Thanks, Mythic. It annoyed me; Each time, I was minding my own business, walking on the other side of the street, away from the dogs in front yards. Some pet owners in my neighborhood don't mind letting their dogs or cats roam free. It's not like I'd just eaten a piece of meat or was throwing things at the dogs, taunting them.
