I love these photos! I must admit he does look a bit nerdy, but in a nice way of course.
Thankfully here in the UK we don't have yearbooks ( or we didn't when and where I went to school) so should I ever become famous I'm pretty safe!

Wow, Michael did look like young Ben! I thought he had completely dark-brown hair. He looked different, then; I wouldn't have known that was him.
I only have elementary class pictures and middle school yearbook pictures; I didn't go to prom or graduation - After moving so many times and going to different schools, I didn't really get to know anyone and they didn't get to know me, only that I focused on my schoolwork; They had their own group of friends who they'd known a long time, gone to school with for years, so, I didn't see the point of going to these things when I'd just be by myself, anyway...a waste of money, too-I thought it could be better spent for college.

We didn't have Proms in my day either - though most UK schools seem to now. I just went to the pub with my friendsn after getting our exam results! Prom pictures I have concluded are there to keep you humble. I ran across mine a couple years ago, and realized, "Yo, girl, that was painful. What were you thinking?" The only saving grace in the picture was our cute little Pomeranian. |
