One of the reasons why ABC's Lost has managed to catapult to epic TV status over the past few years is Michael Emerson's addictive performance as the unflinchingly devious Benjamin Linus. As a sort of monstrous de-facto Mr. Rourke, Ben has lied, cheated and stolen the show itself out of the hands of our Island heroes and become one of the most legendary villains to ever grace the small screen. He was so diabolical last year that he even won our coveted IGN TV 2008 "Best Villain" award.
When Emerson was brought on to the show as Ben back in Season 2, he had no idea that his role would become so prominent. As far as he knew he was there for a guest stint. But fortunately for us, the producers had bigger plans in mind for his cold-hearted character. With the final season of Lost coming at us -- full speed ahead -- in February, we thought we'd take a moment to look back at Ben's best moments.
