ok, i give you some clues:
- i could have been a very bad doctor, because I make very harfull pills
- i could have been a better father
- i could have been a better guardian because the place where I was the guardian has been destroyed

It must be Dogen, then.
I think the doctor part tripped us up, since there are many characters who could have been better fathers and guardians, but only a few who are doctors or close to it. Although Dogen makes some bad pills, he is more of a businessman, guardian and failed father than a doctor.
