They know because Patrick has a blog on the web, and he has an account registered here on the site. He rarely visits but when he does he's always quite pleasent.

But sometimes I wonder what "the famous people" really think about their fans. I asked about this friends of my family who is a famous actor in my country, and he tell me that sometimes it's very tiring when you know that your fans watch your every move. |
