Spumoni!!! It is an Italian ice cream-gelato thing. I went to Italy and it was amazing. It is a mixture of chocolate, cherry, and pistachio. It is excellent  |

Oh it totally is!! I recommend it to everyone. You can get it as a dessert in many Italian restaurants. ;D I think the chocolate represents Michael's dark side (hey, everyone has one...'specially artists). The cherry is his sweet side (yay!)...because he seems like a humble sweetheart. I love nice people! The pistachio is being unique and quirky. It is a different flavor and not a run-of-the-mill cookie cutter flavor. Like Michael |

Oh fer cryin' outta turn! Where is my mind? Why haven't I thought of this before. Ben's ice cream would be coffee with Cheerios! GAH! Sometimes the obvious just escapes me.
