Squee!! I got my reply today! Gonna take a pic of it and post in moment, just had to post my initial squee  Wahooo! I am a happy fan today! Yay!  Isn't it like the best day ever when you get your reply? Can't wait to see! |

Looks like it got sent and came back in a span of about two weeks- was that the normal send and response time for everyone else?
amestes: Did he just send an autograph picture back, or also provide a handwritten response on your letter like he did with Edith?

Ok! I took pictures since I don't have a scanner  Took me a few minutes because my crazy toddler baby tried to help! Ok, so I sent a picture of my favorite scene from "One of Us" and explained why I liked it and generally expressed admiration and appreciation for his work. Now - first off I was not drinking a martini while writing, lol. But I guess I was so excited a drop of my frappucinno might have have gotten on the pic and made it stick a little to the letter - no biggie it came right off but it explains the notecard! ANYWAY, this is my first time posting pics wish me luck!   Looks like it worked! I was so happy to get these - made my week! Now I just have to last til Wednesday night! Thanks guys for sharing the encouragement that led me to writing! -Lish |

Awww....that's a new phrase for his photo signatures, usually it's aloha or something. Tender friend- that's him, all right. And at least able to laugh off the sight of a drop of martini.
