Michael will be turning 53 this year on September 7th. I thought it would be a nice surprise for the board to put together a book complied of letters, artwork, and don't forget...BIRTHDAY CARDS...to send to him. After talking over with 2 Admins, they are delighted to go through with this. We're starting this so early so everyone has enough time to do what they want to do. There is no deadline as of yet, but I'm sure as time closes in, one will be made. If you have any questions you can contact me or esbaker, as she will be the one compiling the book and sending it out. For sending information, contact esbaker. I can write a letter and e-mail/pm it to the appropriate administrator to put in this book- is that how we'd handle the letter part of this? That's a good way to send a letter to him without the hassles of buying envelopes and stamps.

If you want to actually hand write one and mail it to esbaker, contact her how she wants to go about that. |

Would it be good to send the whole thing a month before the birthday itself, does that give it enough time to make its way to him? By then he should probably be back in Hawaii to begin Season 4 filming- and if he's nominated for an Emmy, he'll probably be spending some time in LA in August

We should all have a deadline of June of this year. That way, I will have the month of July to get the bundle together and send it off on August. Of course, there will always be some late comers. I think I will still have time, anyway. |
