Agree- Dharma could easily have the resources to find out what Penny discovered about the island, capture her somehow, and tell Naomi to pretend Penny sent her.
Dharma/Hanso will have taken over the island again in Season 4

disagree they're all always whining about how they want to go home blah blah blah
the ending scene of the season will have the losties and others stop fighting and all be distracted by something....like a ship coming or a plane....and they all look at it

At some point, the action will jump ahead a couple of months or so.
