^ I have 2 cats Bubbles (the mommy) and Nala (wants to be a mommy--she keeps sneaking out!!!). We also have the two kittens which don't have names at the moment. I want to name the one that we think is a boy Zep (just because it sounds cool and, well, it makes me think of Michael.) LOL. My family isn't going for it yet though.
<Is watching the kittens. (I'll post pics in the off topic forum)
V Have any ideas on what to name the kittens??

^ I never was a fan of Christmas when I was younger, but as I've gotten older I think it is my favorite holiday. I love making homemade presents for all my comrades. I also am a big fan of the abundance of mashed potatoes. I'll admit that I really like playing Christmas music on the piano. >It's really hot and raining... It almost looks like the ground is steaming. v Favorite book?

^ Oh, the usual: Stoppard's plays (particularly TRAVESTIES), Shakespeare, Terry Pratchett's DISCWORLD, Edgar Allan Poe for the dark and grotesque, Ian Rankin for crime. And I've just recently acquired a liking for Neil Gaiman. < *waves to fellow pianist* V Same question.

^ Steinbeck is my hero. I love Of Mice and Men, Grapes of Wrath, and East of Eden. I also enjoyed Tale of Two Cities and Great Expectations. Alice 's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass... Lord of the Flies (Golding is a genius) Room with a View, Animal Farm, Paradise Lost, Utopia... Okay I'm just going to stop the list now before I name every book on my shelves... < *waves back to Henry* I also enjoy the Violin, though I am not the best musician... v same question.

^ ... oh, I can't believe I neglected to mention this, but A Clockwork Orange ranks quite high among my favourites. And... I shamelessly admit to liking Harry Potter. < Studied violin for three years. And that's some time ago. These days I'm sticking to the piano, which I can at least claim a bit of competence in playing. I can also - and I say this without any pride whatsoever - pick at a guitar and hope music comes out. Heh. V Your musical tastes?

^ I like mostly classical music. compositions by Wagner are some of my absolute favorites. I have an appreciation for jazz and even a little blue grass...very little. I will admit to liking many female vocalists. I'm sorry but Olivia Newton John can hit the high notes with the best of them. I also like The Penguins and They Might Be Giants. < I love popcorn...I think I'll go play my piano v same question
