Yeah, I've wondered that [Carrie's age]. I'm guessing there is a somewhat substantial age gap, because Michael was doing his graduate theatre work at a much later age than normal. Wasn't he, like, late 30s? She could have been late 20s, maybe, when they met...  |

I wonder about this detail: "When they get by the side of the road, Ben's father flags down a couple driving a Karmon Ghia for help. Off to the side of them was a road sign going in the opposite direction that said, "Portland 32".
Now...didn't Ben say he was born on the island?"
Gee.....aside from the question that raises[and how it reminds me that one of the podcasts said Ben might not have been born on the island]I wonder why it says Portland, of all cities- and avid watchers will know why I ask that. "Not in Portland"! Maybe the Portland references aren't so random...? |
