Well, sure, glasses suggests that all is not perfect. He needs them to see. So he's more like the rest of us.

I love him with his glasses. He looks great with or without them, but there's just something about him when he wears those glasses.....

The glasses I've seen him wear in public appearances suggest severe nearedsightedness — the classic thick coke-bottle glasses in which the eyes look smaller than they are. FTR, glasses for farsightedness almost always make the eyes look bigger If he was far-sighted his eyes would look scarily big!!

Oh man that's what he could do for the upcoming season to really make Ben scary. Ha!

Harry Potter is more often the character one thinks of when we see Michael in those glasses.

I definitely prefer the John Lennon frames over the Harry Potter ones, but that's just me. And I certainly agree, he wears glasses very well and looks amazing with or without.

I love the HP glasses... makes me think that he's Harry's dad or somthing...
He has this interesting look while wearing them, and without'em we can appreciate his beautiful eyes a lot more!
I read somewhere that Ben's glasses where in fact Michael's ones. Dunno if this is tru and can't remember where i read it...

I would like to see him with a very modern style of glasses (we know him only with specs and sunglasses...). It's difficult imagine him !!!

I'm curious. What do you mean by "modern style of glasses," Silvia? I thought Michael's glasses were modern. Is there a picture online, somewhere, where I might be able to see the glasses that you saw? I'm not up-to-date with fashion trends, so I'm interested and appreciate learning about these things from other people. When I think of a current style I think of those short rectangular or oval frames or lenses. I have three pair like this. I prefer the frameless styles but dark frames I know are popular. Sort of Sara Palin frames. Michael has worn those circular frames for decades from his pictures. It's just his personal style and I think a good choice given his features. That sort of frame is not terribly in nor is it terribly out of style.
