Tv.com summary:
"A mysterious illness that baby Aaron suddenly contracts sends a desperate Claire, Kate and French woman Danielle to return to the same area where Claire was initially kidnapped. It is there where she believes she can find a cure for Aaron's illness. In the meantime, Jack and Locke are doing their best to keep their prisoner a secret from the rest of the survivors on the island."
"Lost" IMDB board thoughts:
"Henry Gale is definitely an Other. Notice how quickly he started manipulating Locke (who threw a fit like a child BTW). "Are you the genius or are you the one always standing in the geniuses shadow?" Brilliant."

"I doubt a stranded millionare would play mind games with peeople holding him prisoner on an island, im pretty sure he'd be scared to death. Hes an other, im convinced. "

"Clearly Gale is trying to divide the camp up with it's two head honchos. He is definitly one of the others now."

In this episode, Henry's been held captive for 2 days. Locke gives him a Dostoevsky book to read. We find out that Henry can hear everything Jack and Locke are saying outside the vault. Henry intentionally makes that known to them. Mr. Eko finds out that they're keeping Henry there and asks to speak to him. He goes in with Henry and tells him that he killed 2 of the Others, then he chops off two threads of his beard, which appeared to have been sort of a symbol or memorial for the Others that he killed.
After that, Locke comes in again, and Henry starts messing with his mind. It's subtle stuff and Locke doesn't seem to realize he's being manipulated, and afterward he closes the vault door and starts smashing plates and dishes...right outside the door where he must know Henry can hear him. We only see a side view of Henry's reaction...I didn't think he smirked or anything. He just looked straight forward.
Most people seem to be convinced he's an Other, even if they weren't convinced from the last episode. In the previews for the 3rd episode Michael's in, it shows them trying to find his hot air balloon to prove he's not lying.
