Wow, and we thought Henry was messing with Jack and Locke's minds before!
TV.com summary:
"Sun comes to the revelation that she might be pregnant. She struggles on whether to tell Jin about the situation at first as she feels it might upset the entire balance of the survivors' community. Meanwhile, with no success from Jack or Sayid, Ana-Lucia is called in by Locke to interrogate the new prisoner Henry Gale to get more information out of him about the balloon that he and his wife supposedly landed on the island with in the forest."
In this episode, Ana-Lucia interrogates Henry Gale (although it's a lot more mild than the previous questioning). She gets him to draw a map showing where they can find his balloon. Ana-Lucia doesn't tell Jack and Locke about the map, and instead brings it to Sayid and Charlie. The three of them take off and try to find the place. They find the clearing that's shown and they don't see Henry's balloon, but they keep looking.
Back in the hatch, Jack and Locke let Henry out to have breakfast with them. He comments that Jack and Locke don't seem curious at all about the hatch, where the food came from, etc. He reveals that he drew a map for Ana-Lucia, shocking Jack and Locke. He starts telling them what he would do if he were an Other. That he would draw a map, leading the people to a remote place where his people could capture them. Then the Others could hold them captive until Henry was released.
Some IMDB comments:
(Better summary of the ending than mine)
"Henry mentioned that the survivors had major trust issues, because Jack + Locke didn't know about the map he drew. He then went on to explain that if he was one of the others, he would have drawn a map to a really secluded place, like a cave or a surrounded field, and gotten his people to ambush the surviors who were searching for the balloon. And that the others would use them to trade for him.
And then he ends it with "Got any milk?" "
"When drawing the Map, why wouldn't Henry tell them that the balloon wasn't in the tree [as shown in next week's preview]. I would think that Henry would tell them that little detail. It would seem that if your life was potentially on the line, you would want to make it as EASY as possible to find the balloon."

(In response to seeing the balloon in next week's previews)
Yes, I believe that is the balloon, HOWEVER, that does not mean Henry is not an other. He could have seen a man or someone in a balloon who crashed on the island. The others are smart, they pick stories like that so they can "prove" they're not lying.

"Man, this guy is very creepy for a man who claims to not be an other. He's so psychological with everything he does.
I loved his spill on what he would have done if he were an other. Why would ANYONE say that knowing they aren't trusted in the first place."

"for whatever reason my reaction to that superb scene [meaning the final scene] was like something shocking that had just been revealed. i went from laying on the couch to sitting up on the couch to standing, to kneeling, by the time LOST showed up. i don't know what it was but that scene grabbed something in me and left me speechless."

And might I add- the "Got any milk?" line was classic Michael. The way he delivers that kind of line...
