My summary of what happens with Michael's character:
(Since it could get confusing for this episode's summary, I'll call Michael's character Fake Henry, and the real Henry Gale will be Real Henry.)
Fake Henry is strung up by the arms in the hatch. Sayid and Ana-Lucia are talking to him. Fake Henry says the real Henry Gale was already dead when he found him. It was Real Henry's balloon and he broke his neck when he crashed. Fake Henry was part of a search party for the guy 4 months ago; he found him and buried him.
Sayid pulls out a $20 bill with the real Henry's writing on it. It had a message for Real Henry's wife, Jennifer, on it, saying that crossing the Pacific isn't easy, and that if she finds the note that must mean he's dead.
Sayid asks how many Other there are.
Fake Henry says he's not a bad person, and one of the Others will kill him if he talks. They ask if the man with the beard would kill him and Fake Henry angrily says that guy is no one. Sayid threatens to shoot Fake Henry if he doesn't tell them about the Others, but Ana-Lucia knocks the gun away at the last second. They leave him strung up in the hatch.
At the end of the episode, Jack goes to tell everyone on the beach that they've got an Other. John Locke goes in to talk to Fake Henry. He asks what his real name is, and Fake Henry says to just keep calling him Henry since that's what they know him by. Locke asks, "Did you get caught on purpose? You guys have been here for how long and you get caught in a net-" Fake Henry interrupts with, "God doesn't know how long we've been here, John," and proceeds to tell Locke that nothing happened in the vent. He never entered the numbers or pressed the button. Locke thinks he's lying, but Fake Henry says, "No, I'm done lying."
IMDB quotes:
(Praise for Michael, as usual.)
"my opinion is that he is the best character right now on lost. that last scene with him and locke was amazing. they're both incredible actors. i really wish we got to see more of him this episode."

IMDB random theories:
"Okay in this ep Henry Gale says that he didn't push the button, the clock went down to zero yada yada yada and then he heard some clunking and a hum "like a magnet". I think that the button keeps some sort of electro-magnetic device from going off. A couple months ago Desmond missed pushing it, it went off and brought down the plane."
..."So you think the magnet going off is what pulled the balloon down?
So if the time ran out and no one entered in the number then that would mean the whole universe would be drawn to the island all at once? "

I really liked this episode. There wasn't a lot of "Henry" in it, but a ton of things to think about.
