Someone had this to say in their blog about Kevin Spacey. Spacey was in The Iceman Cometh with Michael.

"Iceman co-star on TV: Michael Emerson who was Willie Oban in the Broadway production of The Iceman Cometh will be on ABC's The Practice on Sunday night.
*Here's my own personal Michael Emerson story: I waited until TIC ended and then wrote short letters to each of the actors whose agency addresses I could find, telling them that I enjoyed them in the play. I received a very nice note from Michael Emerson thanking me for taking the time to see the play and to write to him. Very nice guy!"
Michael did the voice of George Washington in a movie called Favorite Son.
Here's a mention of him...

"Michael Emerson (voice of George Washington)
Michael Emerson made his New York stage debut in Moises Kaufman's Gross Indecency and has appeared on Broadway in The Iceman Cometh and Hedda Gabler. He has performed on many off-Broadway and regional stages in plays by Friel, LaGarce, Moliere and Shakespeare.
On television, he's played a number of damaged and dangerous characters on programs like The X-Files, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, Without a Trace, and Skin. For his portrayal of William Hinks, the might-be serial killer, on ABC's The Practice, he received a 2001 Emmy Award.
Feature film credits include The Imposters, Playing by Heart, The Laramie Project, Straight Jacket, and Saw."
And here's a picture of him playing the Duke in "Measure for Measure."
