Good interview but the guy who was asking all the questions didn't let him talk to much.

Sounds as if he even believes what Ben is saying.

I noticed that he mentions the "misconceptions" of celebrities and stars that people have. He's done this a few times in interviews. This time he kind of held back or faded off. It was almost as if wanting to go there but knowing it was pointless. It's around the 10:30 mark.
Anyways, if I put myself in his shoes, I can kind of understand where he's coming from. He probably thinks that people don't realize or understand that he gets up every morning just like us and puts his shoes on before going out. Or whatever that little phrase is. And if you think about it even more, he worked the major part of his every life doing odds and ends that the "average" person does to get by. Then he got his break. Just like how alot of us wish we could get ours.
But I just thought I wanted to share this. Nice interview though.

You mean the one about putting your pants on one leg at a time like everyone else?

Yes! If we put aside all the fame and fortune, almost like it didn't exist, we would probably see just a normal everyday guy. We all have our craziness in some degrees, but I can understand what he says about the "misconception" that people have. Just some seem to be luckier than others. ;D

Just some seem to be luckier than others. ;D I love your statement here, and I'd like to give you a little anecdote. For those of you who listened to the Comic News Insider podcast know that toward the end there was a phone call conversation with Jay and Jack of the Lostpodcast with Jay and Jack fame. Well, Jack and I have been e-mailing and pming with each other (on 2 other forums) a few times. (He was the one who alerted me as to when the interview was available.) Anyway, I sent him a pm congratulating him. He told me that he was very nervous. To which I answered, "just remember, celebrities go to the bathroom just as we do. But of course, if I had been talking to Michael, I probably would have peed in my pants." It was a joke and Jack understood the joke. The truth is, however, that once a person attains celebrity status it is hard to think of them as regular guys. It is sad.
