Public Defender. You know, if you can't afford an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you... That's me.

I wish I was intellignt enough to do medicine, but sadly not- I didn't pass entrance exam. But my job is cool coz I do get to spend most of my day with Pathologists. After more experience I should also be able to take more exams to actually do specimen dissection, which would be even more interesting

I'd like to do such thing myself! As regards Medicine and issues related to entrance test - that's not matter of intelligence, I tell ya. It can be matter of attention, logic and (about entrance tests) luck. And you can make it if your enough stubborn to carry on in spite of what people tell you. - Of course I'm talking about how things work in Italy As what concerns my exam, thanx for your good wishes! Teachers changed the exam date, so I'm going to take the Microbiology test instead of the Pathology one. Oh my, hope it'll work out! *hugs*

At the moment I'm a student.
I have great dreams of becoming an actor/writer/songwriter/keyboardist (in that order) one day, but realistically, I think I'm probably going to read law in university and eventually be a solicitor.

It sounds very cool . Is it stressful? As for it sounding cool, I have to say, sometimes I just look at myself and say, holy crap, I'm a lawyer! It can be stressful, like any other job, but a majority of the time it is, believe it or not, fun. As benobsessed guessed, I get a lot of interesting, bizarre, intense, I-can't-make-this-stuff-up cases, which keeps it from getting boring. And since P.D.s are at the rock bottom of the legal ladder, absolutely NOBODY is backstabbing to get my job, like you would find in big firms or just about any corporate setting, legal or not. I also have a bit of the rebel in me, so the opportunity to challenge power is rather satisfying. And once in a while, just sometimes, you get the opportunity to really help somebody. If anybody out there is considering law, I STRONGLY encourage you to start out as a Public Defender. It is where the action is (did you ever see a t.v. series about tax lawyers?) and you might, like me, get hooked and make it a career. BTW, I think it is very awesome that we have such a cross-section of ages, geographies, and careers here. Just goes to show how universally appealing Michael is. This could be the start of world peace!

The thing is, I'm afraid of getting into the action. I'm much too paranoid for that sort of thing... I don't want to end up defending or enraging criminals in the courtroom, you know.
I think I'm going to end up as one of those tax lawyers, actually, heh.

It would be a shame to waste it in some stuffy old office with only your casebooks to see you.

*cough* I don't have theatrical flair. *cough*
And you know, it's infinitely safer lounging about a stuffy old office with plenty of books. I should know, I've spent all my life sitting here at my antique-looking bureau, surrounded by textbooks and literature and what have you.
But I do see what you mean. It'll be a long time before I start a career. We'll see when I get there.

I'm currently a student, though I plan to be a forensic scientist. whoa really? I was toying with that idea myself That or Film Production.....I know, 2 completely different sides of the spectrum. I'm in college, doing community, a few classes, trying to squeak by in life. Hopefully I'll figure out what the heck I want to do sooner rather than later so I can get this life going with

Ah, perhaps that's it.
Well, actually, I've always been paranoid, heh, even before seeing the clips.
