I had (and have) health problems. 100 years? Poor body!!! (but...never know!!!). The main problem (for me, for my psichology) is the death of my relatives. I know, I know, is the law of the life, but...when I think in my mother's death or my husband death... And for the beauty, no problem!!! I'm very happy. I see pictures from the 80's and I prefere the actual pictures,of course!!! And the knowledge about life... Edith, what does mean "my soap box"? I don't understand the meaning

I see pictures from the 80's and I prefere the actual pictures,of course!!! And the knowledge about life... Edith, what does mean "my soap box"? I don't understand the meaning Here's a good definition: A soapbox is a raised platform on which one stands to make an impromptu speech, often about a political subject. It is also used to express concerns or to release frustration. The term originates from when speakers would stand on a wooden box meant for holding soap. The term is also used metaphorically to describe a person engaging in often flamboyant impromptu or unofficial public speaking, as in the phrases "He's on his soapbox", or "Get off your soapbox." Hyde Park, London is known for its Sunday soapbox orators, who have assembled at Speakers' Corner since 1872 to discuss religion, politics, and other topics. A modern form of the soapbox is a blog; a website on which a user publishes one's thoughts to whomever reads the page. Let me know if you need further explanation.

I know, I know, is the law of the life, but...when I think in my mother's death or my husband death... Yes! This is exactly what I was thinking. Only without the husband. I'm 21, and I don't pay a lot of attention to age. But the things that worry me about aging—if I have to think about it—are what Silvia said. If my health isn't great now, what's it going to be like 10 years from now? 20? And what would I do without my family? Vanity, or dying young, don't concern me much, though. Maybe we'll be lucky, Silvia, and get healthier as we age. Reverse-aging.

Edith: Thanks for your explanation. Sometimes (well, a lot of times) it's difficult for me to understand the meaning of the messages. But it's good for my English. The worst think is to understand the Michael's interviews. Oh my God!!! There are so many difficult words...I need to print it and then, translate into Spanish with the dictionary. Flummery: I'm sorry about your illness. I have a chronic disease and I'm sure that you and me understand each other very well. A big hug for you (and for everybody).

Yes, Michael uses many sophisticated words. He is a well-educated man. Sorry about your illness. I, too, suffer from some chronic illnesses: asthma and diabetes. Fortunately, I am not in pain.
