And It All Comes Crashing Down...

Or does it? Ever since Oceanic flight 815 crashed onto the island, it has disrupted the lives of several people. You could say that the people on board have had a "slight" interruption in their lives. That goes without question, but what I'm really curious about are the lives of those who were already on the island. Were they expecting this plane to come crashing down? What about those who may not have been on the island? Could there be a person or group who may have had something to do with the events occurring there?
