Hey all.
Every once in a while, in trying to improve the board or keep it functioning well, we have to change something. In this case, the administrators have decided to make a rule about signature sizes. You may have noticed other boards often have rules about how big your signature picture(s) can be. For the convenience of other members, we're going to ask you to limit any signature picture to 600x200 pixels or less. This prevents the screen from stretching for people who have smaller monitors and screen resolutions. It also makes it much easier to navigate in a thread. When you have a signature that has a lot of height, people have to scroll a lot to get past it, and the more you've replied to a thread, the more scrolling they have to do to read actual replies.
This is the maximum size for signature pictures.
You may have up to 5 separate pictures/banners in your signature, as long as, when combined, they are no bigger than the maximum signature size. For example, you could have two banners that are 100 pixels high.
If you have any questions, or need help with anything (like resizing, or just putting together a signature), please reply to this thread or create a new one here in the Information Center and someone will be along to help. ;D

We've now started resizing signatures we come across that are bigger than the new limit. We're leaving the original links below the resized image in your signatures so that you can still find the original image if you've uploaded it to a site like ImageHost where you don't have an account. You can remove the URLs or edit your signature any way you like.
