It will be kind of disappointing to finally have that much information on Ben, though. I liked his mysteriousness. They better not have him doing anything stupid in his flashback. Wonder how far back it could go? Personally, I'd be happy with one starting after Michael (the character) shoots himself. It'd be interesting to see how Ben reacted to the dead bodies outside, how he was greeted by the Others, what he did every day, etc. Maybe we'll land in the thick of a Ben/Juliet romance in the flashback ;D Who knows. |

I' m a bit scared about any Ben's flashback, too..
I mean, I can't wait to see that, but I don't know what they can put on the screen! Mistery is so fascinating.. why waste it? :/

yes i am kinda scared too! but the reason i am scared is that i hope they don't kill him off!! I don't want Ben to have a flashback episode if it means that he will die!! like Ana-Lucia and Mr. Eko  |

Michael said he was game for another season and I pray they keep him around. One flashback is not enough time to tell a person's story. You need at least three for a meaningful story arc. But then look at poor Libby. She had one flashback and bam she was dead! Rumor is that two main characters will die in addition to the death that's coming this week or next (rumor might or might not be true). If this keeps up they won't have to worry about returning to the beach-there won't be anyone left there. I heard that the ending would be bittersweet. I thought that meant that not all of the Losties would be rescued-some would have to stay behind (about 8 would chose to stay on the Island I'm sure). But not stay behind in the graveyard! |

In Eko's case, they really didn't want to kill him, but Adewale insisted on it, so they had to come up with something. I think they like working with Michael too much, and recognize what a boon his character is to the show. That the finale is about him really speaks to that. |

So let's hope that the powers to be will listen. |
