I'm seeing a few signatures that are over the size limit. We did well for a while, but people seem to be forgetting now...so here's a reminder: the maximum size for signatures is 600x200 pixels. Please, please guys, can you make sure that your signatures are over the size limit (the maximum is 600x200 pixels).
As admins we don't want to have to resize or even remove them, so we would be greatful if you could all just look at the sizes again please.
Just recently I've noticed a few creeping over the size limit. I think we all get excited about new pictures and rush to use them and forget the size limit. The reason for the limit is just to be courteous to members who use dial up as lots of big pictures tend to upset the loading of threads.

You may have up to 5 separate pictures/banners in your signature, as long as, when combined, they are no bigger than the maximum signature size. For example, you could have two banners that are 100 pixels high.

how do I know if the banner in my signature is 600 x 200? To get the information you want, you right-click on the image and in MSExplorer, you go to "Properties", in FireFox, you go to "View Image Information". This banner is 429px × 200px |
