Locke is so cute. xD Let's face it. Ben is a liar. The others may just be bad guys that think they are doing right. Freedom fighters that don't realize that they are actually Hostiles. Let us not forget that the Europeans called Native peoples of other countries "hostiles" in the 1700s and such. Dharma=selfrighteous Europeans Others=Indigenous Peoples You get my meaning. Maybe these scientists just call them that, thinking that they are good whereas the Others are the good ones. That could be! |

I am thinking yes, but that really doesn't make sense...i thought The others were a part of dharma...then after Dahrma....now they are before Dharma!? |

Yes, that translation is very creepy. These Others have incredible faith and resolve if they would be perfectly willing to die for their secrets. These secrets must be huge, tremendously dangerous if they will die for it.
Yes, better than last episode.

It seemes to me that The scientists regard the Others/Hostiles as an enigma. what is going on in this show!? Maybe the Dharma scientists had a disagreement about certain procedures. Maybe there were some Dharma scientists that were more radical and barbaric and so they formed their own group. Maybe they think they are doing good for humanity and so on, but they are really mad scientists. The good scientists may be trying to keep the bad ones from using any equipment or something like that that would explain why they would go to such lengths as installing a self destruct in certain stations. Maybe the bad group is the others. |
