Screw people. They just don't like it when others tend to have their own opinions.

Thanks guys! I really appreciate it!
What this guy said just really irked me. I put some thought and time into writing this only to get it thrown down. It's kind of bothersome to see when it's your work.
There hasn't been any other posts on the thread beside his and me defending myself, but at least I can come here and get some positive feedback on it. Thanks! ;D

I think people will look for the littlest thing and then blow it out of proportion! If someone really did do what he accused you of , they would have said something like you all know it deep down and I'm right, you guys see it, dont'cha? Bahh...you were only writing a theory and using the tour guide routine that say Disney does on their dvds of movies like Beauty&the Beast where you have a tour of the castle...now we are in the royal ballroom where they first danced...I wouldn't pay attention to him anymore.

Sailornova, Thank you so much for that! All I've heard on the other site is how bad it was. Everyone else, I just got review by someone else telling me that I was too confident in what I was saying and that what I was writing sounded like a "self-blowfest". (Excuse my language everyone) That last little bit really irked me. If you don't like the writing at least be nice enough not to call it something like that. They also said that I was using too many assumptions and playing them off as fact. Excuse me, but isn't that what theorizing entails? We use what we see to come up with something interesting. Hence, we are assuming. If I'm making an a** out of myself, then so be it, but at least it's entertaining! So far there have been no good reviews for me. It's all be people pointing out the negatives. Here's the link again for those of you wanting to check it out. forums.buddytv.com/showthread.php?t=6897I tried explaining myself but it seems to have fallen upon deaf ears. I kind of wish there was one positive thing that was said over there but whatever. I'm just so glad that you guys were able to read my theory and have a different outlook on it. It really means alot to me! In the end, all I have to say to the other board is que sera, sera....

.....um....when explaining a theory you are supposed to sound confident in order to convince people...

Screw people. They just don't like it when others tend to have their own opinions. The problem with asking people for their input is that they often give it. All you can do when you don't like what they say is to take an honest look to see if they have a point and then either learn from it or dismiss their opinions.

I did ask for their opinions and that's what I got. The name calling wasn't quite right but that's just how it is. It's definitely a learning experience.
