Okay, I'm going to try this spoiler tag thing, let's hope I can do it... on last Weds episode, did you notice the strange look on Ben's face when Desmond mentioned he was going to see Faraday's mother? Then, when he went in the room and looked at her before he said her name, he almost looked like he was pissed that she was hiding something from him. Almost like he wasn't sure he could trust her. Well, my question/theory is -- there has been talk that Eloise is the "Elly" from the island in 1954, the one who held a gun to Daniel by the bomb. If she and Widmore were on the island at the same time and we did find out that Widmore was financing Daniel's research, could it be possible that Daniel is the son of Eloise Hawking and Widmore? Just a thought! |

Yes I've heard thet also, but I think they are a sister and brother. When W talks to E he says "shut up E!" -not a lovers talk really...

Let's not forget that Eloise called Ben by his full name at the end of last week's ep, just as Widmore kept calling Ben "Benjamin" in their TSOTTC showdown. Maybe that's just a British thing.

Or they still see him as the squirrelly kid who couldn't run without falling and was kind of odd, back when he was attended Dharma Elementary on the island.
