Okay. So we ran into some problems with the new code: michaelemerson.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=siteinfo&action=display&thread=3220The code was supposed to merge consecutive replies, by one user, to whatever individual thread they were posting in. The code worked properly on the boards, but when using the 54 Most Recent Posts feature, all recent replies from any given user were merged together. That made it very difficult to use 54 Most Recent Posts. I was going to remove the code, but realized there was another way of using it. I put the code on each board individually rather than applying it globally. This means that a user's consecutive replies to individual threads will be automatically merged. 54 Most Recent Posts is now excluded from the code, so no replies will be merged there at all. If you want to test out replying multiple times and checking 54 Most Recent Posts, please do that and let us know if there are still problems.

Or the MEFB dumb**** for not thinking to apply it to the boards individually to begin with. Well, I expected when I applied it globally that in Most Recent Posts, replies would be kept merged and threads would be kept separate...like it is on the rest of the board...but it didn't work out that way. Hopefully the way we've got it now will be good enough.
