Hey everybody ... Could someone explain me why near the end of the movie Carrie wears a "bridal dress"  I only saw this movie in English without subtitles and I don't understand why she wears this dress ... Thanks !! |

Could someone explain me why near the end of the movie Carrie wears a "bridal dress" I only saw this movie in English without subtitles and I don't understand why she wears this dress ... Thanks !! The character that Michael was playing was a dressmaker, and he was making that dress for a bride. Carrie was just wearing it to allow the Michael to do a perfect fitting. Apparently, the character that Carrie was playing was the exact size of the bride. Does this clarify? This is done standardly by dressmakers. My mom was a dressmaker, and I often was used to fit the dresses of her customers who were my size. |

Yes that help me to better understand this scene ... thank you Edith. I understoof that Michael plays a dressmaker but I really didn't understand why Carrie wears this dress ... So thank you !!  |
