Dream Emmy ballots usually include actors and actresses from shows that are rarely, if ever, on Emmy's radar and stand no chance to get in. So since Michael is very likely to be nominated again for real, that might make him less likely to make ballots like this. But since we're in the season of dream Emmy talk, and the nominations are less than two months away, at least that's something that can kill time in the first half of this break.

Perhaps, but I think he made the lists last year and hasn't won once in his "Lost" stint. I'm guessing it's unlikely he will. In fact, outside my personal like for the actor, I'm not sure he's a good candidate this year. His best ep was one that got creamed for the cheesy EFX. The only saving measure, and it's a long shot, is that it's the last season for "Lost." But it's only been on for six seasons, and it doesn't have the hammy charm of a "Boston Legal." "Lost" is not loved by Emmy people. That's OK in my book. Some of the best shows on TV have never gotten as much as a nod from the Emmys.

Yeah, I don't think this is his year.
